We at Angelic Genius want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund less the shipping costs, or for exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Returns should be with the original packaging and with all tags in place. Items in other than new condition cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returning Your Item Please contact Customer Service via email (customerservice@angelicgenius.com) or phone (310-862-4521) before returning any merchandise. We will issue you a RMA number that you will need to include on your package. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security at a reasonable cost we recommend USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is not refundable. Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card and notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take up to five business days to reflect this transaction.

We will issue you a RMA number that you will need to include on your package. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security at a reasonable cost we recommend USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is not refundable. Once we receive your items for exchange we will send your new order by USPS Priority Mail, or by Express Mail upon request*. You will receive and e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped. *Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Like all orders we will process and ship your exchange promptly.

Shipping fees: We ship via USPS Priority Mail both nationally and internationally. All orders are shipped within two business days from the time the order is placed and most orders leave within 24 hrs. USPS Express (overnight to most locations) is available at an additional cost.
